Automated Follow Up Message Feature
What is it?
The automated follow-up message feature is a way to send a pre-populated reminder message to candidates who haven’t responded to your first message after 3 days.
Why it matters
Not only will this boost responsiveness and save you time, but once candidates reply, you can view their full profile details, resume, & contact info!
How to get started
Toggle the automated follow-up message to ACTIVE from the Message Templates tab of your account.
Create & save one generic follow-up message on behalf of your entire school team. Here are some examples.
Note: The default is OFF in case your team prefers to send follow-up messages on a case by case basis.
