We've expanded and improved our integrations so that you can now send candidate information to your ATS (Greenhouse, JazzHR, SmartRecruiters) with ease! If you need help connecting your ATS check out this article.
How to Send from the Applicants Page
Find the candidate you want to export, click on the 3 dot context menu and choose "Send to ATS"
Select Applicant (connected to a job) from the dropdown
Select which job in your ATS this applicant is applying for from the dropdown
Click "Export"
How to Send from the Search Page (only available if on a plan)
You'll only be able to send data about candidates who've reciprocated interest in your school/network. You'll know this is true if you can see the candidate's full name.
Find the candidate you want to export, click on the 3 dot context menu and choose "Send to ATS"
Check the box for your ATS and select Prospect (not connected to a job yet) from the dropdown
Click "Export"
Data sent to your ATS will include the prospect/applicant's full name, email address, and resume!
