There may be times when you contact a candidate on Selected and that person already exists in your candidate pool.

We attribute the candidate based on the date of last active communication. Essentially, if you're in active communications already, then that's your candidate. However, if the candidate is dormant in your candidate pool and we bring the candidate to your attention on Selected, then we would be attributed as the source.

Our terms: you may be except from the placement fee if you can establish that you were in active communications (as defined as "direct, back and forth communications") with the candidate within 30 days prior to initial contact on Selected.
