Overview

As a school, you can connect your Selected account to your Greenhouse account. This integration allows you to seamlessly source a candidate on Selected and send the candidate's info to Greenhouse, including:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Resume file
  • Headline (intro) statement

To proceed, you need to be an admin for Greenhouse. If you are not, please ask one.

Steps to connect:

Step 1:  Log into Selected

Step 2:  Click "CONNECT ATS" button on nav bar:

Step 3:  On the Integration page, click "CONNECT TO GREENHOUSE":

Step 4:  Authorize Selected to connect with Greenhouse by using your credentials (the email and password that you typically use to sign in). Note: you must be an admin - if not, please contact the appropriate person at your school.

Step 5:  Once you completed the steps to authorize, you should be brought back to the below page. You should see "GREENHOUSE IS CONNECTED". This confirms the integration:

TIP:  If Step 5 didn't work, try logging out of Selected, log back in, and try again.

Step 6:  Click "MESSAGES" in the top navbar to navigate to your connections. You should now see a button next to each candidate (and in their profile). Click "Send to Greenhouse": 

Step 7:  Selected the job that you are sourcing for. The list of jobs is from your Greenhouse system. If you want to add a new job, please do so in Greenhouse. Once you select the right option, click "SEND

You should see a confirmation that the candidate's data was sent to Greenhouse. That's it! You can now go to Greenhouse and should see all of the candidate's data in the "Candidates" area.
